Didn't they announce one quite large last year on a channel 4 show that would have been at 9pm/10pm?

I'm going to watch The Last Leg to see if they announce it there 🤔 can't see the 10oclock news releasing the final one

The press releases all said there was meant to be 2 more reveals today and that would complete the lineup. Wonder if someone has pulled out?

Clara Amfo is a guest tonight so does make me wonder if they will announce something

I meant late not large if my previous comment implied that Channel 4 had the big release!

Tbh I can hardly remember most of last years castz, it'd take me a while to name them off! I always blur the mid weekers with the previous years a lot!
 
Nothing announced on last leg.. just spoke about Ellie in a bigger segment about para sport & the commonwealth games.

It’s very odd though… maybe Helen has pulled out 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I just find it odd that she was leaked days ago yet still hasn’t been announced. If the reveals were supposed to be finished today it’s making me think maybe she has pulled out at the last minute? Big breakfast is on tomorrow morning so she could be revealed on that, if not I think something’s went wrong and they will get a replacement in.

I feel like they’d say something along the lines of ‘and finally …’ or ‘completing your 2022 SCD cast, it’s …’ to make clear that it’s the end of the reveals.

It has all gone a bit weird, hasn’t it? 🫤

I doubt it, the names are often leaked in advance. Does seem suspicious Helen was leaked days ago and then nothing has been said since, especially if they said the final two would be announced yesterday.

She is meant to be replacing Laura Whitmore on Sunday morning on Radio Five from Leeds. Bit of a shot in the foot for their regional diversification if she has to do the first few months from London after all as she’s in Strictly.
 
I see Dan Wootton is having a go at the list saying he doesn’t know who some of them are but one of the ones he does know is paralympian Ellie Symonds 🙄

He is a grade A head and nasty piece of work, and has sold his soul to the daily mail and woke war. I admit, like piers Morgan, on occasion he has a point but this is not one of those times. Its a diverse line up but nothing 'woke' about it, and he is a former showbiz correspondent, if he doesn't know most of them he was pretty tit at his job
