Nope it’s definitely not. It’s more to do with the fact he’s sleazy and cheated on his wife multiple times, then went on to publicly humiliate her. Also the fact that his choreo is shite and the judges have called him out multiple times for making it all about him and not the celeb, he just doesn’t care enough to change it. He hasn’t had one stand out dance the entire time he’s been on the show (9 seasons). Even some of the pros don’t like him due to his actions, including his “bestie” Keo who he no longer speaks to. He might be nice to look at but he’s definitely not a good guy 🤮

Artem isn’t American and they absolutely adore him, speaks volumes about his character compared to Gleb 🤷🏻‍♀️
The woman his wife accused him of cheating with adamantly denied it, and later turned out to be dating Keo, so I'm not sure what really happened there...

I think it comes down to likeability and personality, plus the journey. If they're good from the start it's kind of boring as you get wowed less and less. Danny Mac fell into that category, and was just very beige personality wise. The only dance that was the exception to that was the samba which was incredible.

Again alexandra Burke isn't always the most likeable so it's understandable how she didn't win.

Yes, it was.
That’s not who he cheated on her with. There were rumours that he had an affair with her also but I don’t think it was true. Mind you it would make sense as she started dating Keo and a few months later Gleb and Keo were no longer friends…

Helen Skelton is the final contest… according to the DM photo line up. They may have published it a bit early!!! 😆
