I always remember Motsi's, "I don't care about technique," comment last series proving what a waste of space she actually is as a judge.

Another one I can't stand apart from the endless references to 'energy' is the endless reference to how 'fierce' any of the female celebs are on any given week.

Gifted hotel stays is such a classic Gio way to romance a lady, I love him if only for his comedy value. Presumably she can also look forward to free Zumba classes, Hello Fresh meals and any other old shite he’ll plug for cash

These people really need to take a step outside and touch some grass ASAP. It’s funny how it’s only the AJ fans that have an issue with him & nadiya, everyone else seems to really like them together and isn’t arsed about the articles etc One of them was claiming that they had to unfollow Kai as they couldn’t stand the “loved up” pictures he’s posted with nadiya, as if they wouldn’t have been loving it if it was AJ in her place Not sure what they mean by “not doing him much good” because from what i’ve seen Kai was gaining more support with every tour date that passed and will continue to do so as the new series begins. I hope he gets a ringer and never mentions AJ’s name again just to spite these clowns.

I think the mods must be on their holidays, how that thread is still open amazes me. The constant whining about Kai being happy with Nadiya isn't exactly in the spirt of appreciation.

Totally agree, she seems to have built a great relationship with many partners. I wish people would move on from one drunken snog 4 years ago since she does bring a lot to the table.

Hoping we get the first celeb reveals this week! The one show is off air for a few weeks so we won’t get our usual first 3 reveals on that. Morning live not on either but i’m sure they will find an alternative.

Me too. She's such an intelligent and interesting woman with lots of other interests and talents outside dancing. I'm really hoping for her to get somebody she can do her best creative choreography with this year.

I wonder if they’ll just tweet reveal it? The announcements must be starting soon it’s August tomorrow and it’ll be starting September/October time.

I’ve a feeling they’ll push the announcements back a week till the one show returns. Then we’ll get more announcements a bit closer together. They seem to like making the first couple of announcements on the one show so I don’t see that changing especially when there isn’t really any alternative right now.

If my calculations are correct we’ll see the launch show on September 10th and the first live September 24th.

I don't think they have the full line up yet. James Buckley mentioned to Joe Sugg on his twitch stream he'd had a call from Strictly last week, but politely declined.

The One Show isn't back on until 22nd August, that's a bit late to be starting announcements. They could maybe finish with that instead. There's still BBC breakfast, This Morning, Lorraine, etc, to reveal people, and maybe a few random shows like the Mo Gilligan show last year.
