I have to agree- although I did slightly warm to him this year with his partnership with Helen… until his reaction tonight. So unprofessional.
Him and Gemma seem to be a a popular couple with a big following but like you, I find them arsey, especially her. She just seems a bit too big for her boots since doing Strictly herself.
 
This wasn’t my favourite series but it brought Vito into my life and for that I am grateful.

He looked so sad at it all being over! And I’m a hypocrite because I made fun of Amy and Aljaz for not being able to let go of their partners last year but I found his promise to ring Fleur constantly while he’s in Italy absolutely adorable.
 
It's just a release of tensions and emotion too and sometimes you need time before faking it celebrating

I know I've had situations where its the last place I want to be with everyone celebrating. Yes he should try and hide it better but that's easier said than done in the moment.

Tbh the honesty is refreshing. The we all love eachother comments is crap🤣
 
I do think that it must be difficult to put a brave face on when you think you could win. I know it’s an entertainment show and not a proper competition but the pros do put a lot of effort in and want to win.
If France win the World Cup tomorrow I don’t think anyone would expect Messi to stand there smiling and applauding them! Obviously that’s on a completely different level of competition but it’s the same feelings at the heart of it.

Exactly. And we don't know how much gorka does behind the scenes, Claudia alluded to it earlier.

Plus the toll it takes on family life, that and the fact he has been with the show a long time makes me think he may have been hoping to go out on a high
