She’s a nasty cow. Helen clearly feels confident doing extreme active activities and can turn her hand to things - that doesn’t mean she feels particularly confident about being judged on her body/movement/personal life/performance skills. It very much looks to me like she’s still out of her comfort zone but is more used to the dancing and performing side.

Nobody likes a bitter sad sack Jayde and just remember comments like that when you’re on Twitter moaning on Sunday that nobody rolled out the red carpet for you.

What a witch. If you're doing something out of your comfort zone of course you're not going to be confident. Also, what's "3 children, one she birthed herself" nonsense?

wow, kudos to helen for that! must have been so scary - glad she and baby were okay!

that makes sense, though very poorly worded on jayde’s part and also none of her business. given how uncomfortable helen obviously gets when anyone tries to bring up her personal life, i would think that jayde, who apparently knows her SO WELL, would have known better.

Yeah, I really don't like Jayde, but I also think she's trying to say Helen has done all these challenging things that took confidence and courage but a woman on Strictly is apparently only appealing when she's all twee and unconfident. Which ties in to confident women being perceived as arrogant, unlikeable and smug.
 
So itt talking about memorable show dances and they mention their own, none of which in my opinion were memorable. They did however mention Louis and flavia
 
Johannes EXPRESSION when they mentioned Colin and Erins' dummy dance had me on the floor!

One wonders if they show that and poor Lisas' Bacofoil Snowdance to all the new pros before the new series starts as a sort of Cautionary Tale For Baby Pros. "Here's what happens if you get too detached from reality, little Jowita, and here's how embarassed you'll feel afterwards when you see the internet memes, little Carlos!"

Matt was such a sweetheart really. I remember he said as he was leaving, how he wished his mother could have seen him on Strictly. It was just said in a very low key way, and was very moving.

Kym, I only really knew from Corrie back in the day and I didn't like her character in it. She really grew on me. At the start, I think she felt she would be gone in a week. It was good to see her start to relax and enjoy herself, she gave some cracking performances and went out very graciously.

As regards Jayde and her comments, surely Helen birthed all three children. 😁. I know from reading here, what she meant, but if she did need to comment, surely it would be 'birthed by herself'...
Please don't tell Jayde - I had never heard of her before Strictly 😁...

Lastly, Tony had better be there for the final! I have missed him since he left.

I find the semi-final always leaves fans feeling really bitter. It was Brutal when Ranvir lost to Jamie biscuits, even Gio was still looking furious on ITT.
