Would that not mean fewer celebs would want to be in the show though , particularly ones who could dance ? I mean why bother putting the effort in , training hard and following the actual rules of the dance when if you don’t have a big enough fan base to keep you of the dance off, you will lose out to whichever Eastenders cast member has been drafted in or whichever celeb has the most attractive, minimally dressed male pro ?

i agree there needs to be a shake up of the voting system but personally I’d prefer it to go back to being more of a dance competition rather than just another popularity contest. We already have I’m a celebrity for that

Personally I think Helen’s a better dancer than Hamza and find her more charming, witty and likeable overall. His only sign of a personality seems to be that he’s nice but I find him really boring and think he’s been consistently over marked. I like Molly as well but at this point I think any of us have as much chance of winning as she does.
 
God, what a rollercoaster that was! pleased for Fleur and Vito (but sad they equalled Molly's DO record - maybe that is fitting though, that the two DO queens go into the final level). Then Will and Nancy all over the shop. I really felt for her on the results show but on ITT it was pure devastation. That pairing definitely lacked emotional equilibrium. Nancy needs a nice staid James Bye type next week. No drama, llama.

The thing with Nancy is she'll most likely not get a contestant where on paper will make it as far in the competition next year. She's had two good above average dancers back to back so she's most likely on duffer or as close to it duty next year.

I think having a duffer would be good for Nancy. She needs a season where she doesn't have high expectations and can hopefully lighten up a bit

Is that why Shirley went all out Dynasty, so she could scratch her eyes out…I know it was a while ago but if I’d been doing the horizontal tango with someone else’s husband, I wouldn’t be going to the same place as the wife ever!

(Oh wait, have I got that right - KR and Corky Ballas did have an affair didn’t they?)
