I think the common assumption is that Jowita is still with Michael as nothing was ever announced. I think if it was obvious they were both single, people would definitely leap on the shipping train but thankfully they haven't.

It's been nice having no showmances or nutters on DS shipping, I must say.

Just catching up on tonight's ITT and Nancy is just :love:. She looked amazing.

Was not a fan last couple of years, she was too manic and shouty for me. This year however, I'm really liking her.

DID NOT however need to see Shirl and Anton fawning over each other. I don't like the way he kept touching Shirls leg. Very over familiar. But she didn't seem to mind. Bleurgh.
 
Hamza & Jowita probably will be friends long-term. I get that vibe from them, it's not forced. Which other couples might be? I also wonder if there are any celebs/pros still in who are desperate to delete their partner's number the moment they get eliminated? (think something like that may have happened with Karen/Jayde).

As well as Hamza and Jowita, I feel Fleur and Vito will stay friends as they genuinely seem to get on. Ellie and Jojo too.

I don't really get that vibe from any of the others, tbh.

Obviously Giovanni washed his hands of Richie the second they were eliminated. I think Katya and Tony have great respect for each other but are probably done, too.

Can't see Tyler keeping in touch with Dianne and I'm PRETTY sure Nancy won't be dying to hang out with mardy.

I agree with Katya & Tony, definite mutual respect but I think they tired of each other in the last few weeks. I don't think Katya can top her friendship with Ed partner wise. Both same-sex couples seemed done with each other.

I feel like Kym & Graz are a bit forced with the whole family stuff. They seemed to have warmed to each other a bit but post series, I suspect they'll only be seeing each other when he goes on Morning Live rather than going out for dinner or whatever.

Ellie S/Nikita and Ellie T/Johannes seem like couples with great relationships, could see them staying in touch. I think Nikita might be the new Aljaž and be on good terms with every partner.

Kym and Graz seem to get on great too. And Ellie and Nikita.

I think Nancy will run screaming from the studio, smashing her mobile phone into bits as she goes, whenever they leave. 😁

I think we’ll find out on Saturday if Will is able to laugh at himself in any way. It’s a tough dance so genuinely smiling and having fun will help sell it. I’m just not convinced he can do that.

But remember kiddos…daddy’s fine (shudder)
 
Following on from the earlier high-brow discussion about bum feathers and floofy sleeves, I’ve been trying to think who had the biggest of each.

So far I’ve come up with Greg Wise and Carol Smilie. Any other contenders?

Hamza and Jowita do seem to genuinely like each other, not only doesn't it feel forced but it also isn't super intense like others I think sometimes that's what kills off the friendships, a bit like a holiday romance sort of situation.
