i feel that would be a huge ask for a pro. i imagine ballroom would be okay but latin would be a huge challenge surely. i know there’s been at least one or two contestants with vision issues (katie piper for one) but complete blindness is a whole other level.

really interested as to whether there has been a blind contestant on any other versions of the show though!

edit: i see artem danced with a paralympian on dwts! their ballroom was lovely - i wonder if it would be different for a male dancer but wow.

To think I was so excited when he finally got a partner in Alex. By the end of the season, was more "Bring Gorka Back". Never subscribed to the idea that the presence of one pro makes or breaks a series but benching Gorka for Neil was a major, major error and definitely part of why 2019 was the worst series.

There's less couples now so I don't really think it matters where you are in the line up. People won't forget your dance because too many people came after you, they'll forget it because it wasn't great.

Everyone knows that dancing 2nd is the 'death slot' and for ANY COUPLE to dance it 3 times when other couples haven't even danced it the once screams of unfairness to me regardless of the quality of the dance.
