I’ve gone from feeling like I’m high af the past couple of weeks to feeling like I’m watching Strictly in the middle of the blitz.

It was a very charming cha-cha-cha, nothing startling choreography wise, which I think was sensible of Jowita, given how clearly done-in Hamza was this week.

Was slightly distracted by Hamzas' shirt- did they make the pink pinstripes as squinty and unflatteringly positioned as possible on purpose?

I was just thinking that, it looks like his shirt's been buttoned up wrong! What are Wardrobe thinking?!
