I firmly believe that there are certain celebrities it’s better to know nothing about because learning about them ruins them utterly and that’s rapidly becoming the case with Will.

When he grumbled after the negative comments when he forgot his dance, I thought someone on his team would be smart enough to have a word and get him to shift his attitude pronto. Either they did and he didn’t listen or they don’t realise how poorly his more negative attitude fits on Strictly.

Me too. I was hyping her up like nobody’s business! Sadly the lacklustre dancing and emotional overkill have made a fool of me on that score 🫤

I watched Wednesday's ITT last night and talking about a dance, Jayde said it's like walking around.
I am lolg even typing that. I know nothing about dancing and I was cringing at her saying it. i can't imagine how the actual dancers felt, hearing it, especially Karen, who has her work cut out, imo, doing everything to make it look like they are both dancing. Not Jayde walking around.

I don't remember which dance but you know what, it doesn't matter because that's all she has done from the start imo. And the judges do a mix of fawning over her and basically not criticising her or giving her any feedback she could learn from. I won't be sorry when she gets voted out.

The beauty of SCD is that it introduces you to people you’ve never heard of like Hamza but it also gives you TMI about people who’ve been around for donkeys. Eg Tony has blossomed, Will has wilted
 
Jayde at the moment is Susan Calman 2.0 for me, another one who I didn't like though even she had some entertaining routines before she believed her own hype.

I think it's a thing with comedians that many don't come across that well on Strictly. Chris Ramsey is the exception and probably Ellie Taylor this year. Even didn't care much for Bill Bailey.

I live in fear <not really> of someone I really like doing Strictly.
I‘d like my hero’s to remain unclay footed.
Unless it’s Chris Boardman, in which case I’d be upset if he wasn’t grumpy.

I wouldn't consider him a heartthrob I just like him as he seems a nice guy.

I loved him the first week, not so much (or hardly) now!

I didn't mind Susan Calman on Strictly!

But I wish she hadn't done it, because her increased profile led to her doing those FECKING Bank of Scotland adverts that play before almost every Youtube or All4 show I ever watch, and if I have to hear the phrases "Are you lost wee laddie?" or even worse "Us Scots we’re something else…" once more, I will cringe so hard I might damage my internal organs.

(NB I am Scottish, and so am 100% allowed to hate those patronising, stereotyping, twee adverts on a deep and personal level)

Oh god, I'd forgotten all about his knees. I remember he even did an Insta vid the first week of training saying how much agony he was in. He made it seem like it was going to be a real issue.

Maybe the knees are currently on standby. Waiting in the wings to be wheeled out if another dance goes dodgy.
