This is exactly it.I don’t think so. From memory Bruce & Tess did the main show, Claudia did ITT, then when Bruce stepped down from the results show Claudia & Tess did that. Or at least I think that was what happened …

This is exactly it.
There’s the cbbc show plus he’s done a few stand alone documentaries and stuff for countryfile.I love him. Why is he known though? Is he one of the CBBC people I now don't know because my kids have grown out of CBBC? It seems to be the first year I haven't had to throw a vote at someone from CBBC as a condition of sending the kids to bed
I can’t believe they used to have Tess in that tiny cupboard of a room, it was so small!
There's a very sweet documentary on Channel 4 called Scotland: My Life in the Wild about Hamza living life on the Ardnamuchan peninsula. Notable for how all the residents of the area seem to live in comfortable proximity to amazing wildlife, and how they just give Hamza a wee call whenever they see something particularly interesting, or have a baby bird they need rescued. https://www.channel4.com/programmes/scotland-my-life-in-the-wild
Hamza is exactly why I roll my eyes when people complain in August that the celebs are tit and why didn't they get Lady Gaga or Justin Timberlake? Nobody had heard of him and he's fab. When has the biggest star won? Bill Bailey, maybe Caroline. Who really had heard of Jay, or Danny Mac (#justice4)
Will perked up after he knew he was through to next week. No hacking cough or looking at deaths door
Anyone else think Jayde will have another ‘emotional week’ dancing to Victoria Wood.
Matt danced his socks off fair play to him, I’m really sad to see him go. His goodbye speech was so heartfelt and genuine, I don’t mind admitting I shed a tear.
I was lucky enough to get Blackpool tickets quite a few years ago and Bruce did a 'turn' prior to the live show. I have to say I found it incredibly creepy and inappropriate. He drew attention to a woman sat on the front row whose breasts were 'jiggling' when she laughed and he kept going on about it. I would have been utterly mortified if that was me. Then there was a staged dance with a local lady where he was moving his hands down to her bottom and again, making creepy remarks. The whole thing knocked me sick....old bloke trying to chat up women and make overly sexualised remarks in the name of comedy. This was not long after the whole Saville thing broke and it was just so wrong. I know he's of his era, but it just goes to show what women have had to put up with.Tess did the Claudia job in a cupboard from the beginning and Bruce was the main presenter. Then Tess started standing beside Bruce, especially when he was getting older. Claudia did it takes 2 - which she was amazing at, it was so funny. Then they brought her in to do the post dance stuff and Tess stayed with a Bruce as he got more frail and needed support. They did the results show on their own together as I recall because Bruce was too tired. Then Bruce retired and it’s like it is now.
ETA I know Bruce was old when it started - relatively - but the change from the beginning to the end of his tenure was huge and shows the quite rapid decline on the elderly. So many stories of how he did the warm up and the audience loved him in the early days.
The first time they got a 10 in week 3 was Jay and alionas jive. Before that 10s we’re like unicorn dust. They were only giving 10s like the last few weeks. It made it a lot more special. They definitely ruin it giving them out so earlyThose who have watched from the early years of Strictly, a scoring of a 10 was was not very frequent? Now I feel we get them very early on in the comp. For the record I feel Fleur richly deserved it though!
My daughter was a huge Bros fan, and would play their music constantly, so I have lots of happy memories of that time. I was really rooting for Matt. I am almost afraid to say this now, after all the negative comments from yesterday, criticising me for being invested in the outcome, for not accepting the show as just a lighthearted bit of fluff on a Saturday night, but the marks that were given to Matt were uncalled for. Even with a big public vote, it would have been difficult for him to dodge the dance off. And in that situation with Kym, there was no chance of a save.I grew to have a lot of affection for him. He seems like a decent, sensitive sort who is doing his best to manage some difficult psychological sbs physical issues.
I’m sad he’s gone.
Amicable splits are not what they are cracked up to be. Because my divorced daughter lives with me, twice a year , I have to dig deep and allow not only my ex, but his second wife to stay with me for a week. My face is nearly permanently cracked with the gritted teeth by the time they leave. I am planning a move to a very small house just to get rid of them.Oh yes. I forget that some people can have an amicable split
One of my fav moments is when Anton was dressed as Austin powers and Craig thought his teeth were part of the costume but they’re actually his real teeth
Dances are out!
