I’ll be honest, the prospect of any form of interaction with any of my exes fills me with abject horror, but I’m sure there are many people who are able to be more adult about it than me. 😁

I hope it’s their CC and they do an actual hornpipe! Seeing Gorka dance a hornpipe would amuse me more than I can possibly say



(And yes, I’m well aware that putting the words ‘Gorka’ and ‘hornpipe’ into the same sentence on this thread is asking for trouble!)
 
Shirley makes me lol.
Can't remember the exact words about Jayde but along the lines of she does her own thing, her own style and so on.
If it was any of the other women she was talking about, especially Fleur... 😁 how different her narrative would be.

Jayde is one of the weakest dancers imo.
Matt was so sincere and obviously emotional about leaving. Aww.
Will is too much, a real sourpuss about everything. Lighten up mate!

I like Jayde as a comedian and as a writer but she is going across a bit of a dick with the whole “ strictly means so much to me because of my sister” stuff. But in terms of dancing , I don’t think she’s any worse than Ellie T or James. I reckon they should be the next 3 out - probably Ellie next week ( because no doubt it will be a jokey dance with them both dressed as paramedics) ,then Jayde then James .

I don’t think Jayde getting overmarked is part of a BBC conspiracy to keep the “ pc brigade “ happy, but I do think she benefits from Shirley using her as her token woman to be nice to to try and stop people calling out her mean girl marking . I agree that her and Karen are a bit over the top with each other but I wonder how much of that is Karen feeling able to have fun with her partner without it ending up in romance rumours , particularly if it is her last series
 
I grew to love Matt and I’m sorry he’s gone. I really think he would have improved over the coming weeks, and he had a lovely partnership with Nadiya. Some of the others, like Jade, James, Kim and Ellie T don’t seem to be improving, they are quite good but not any better than their first week IMO.
I actually had tears in my eyes at Matt’s goodbye speech, I hope the future is kind to him.
 
Feeling guilty for not voting now - Matt is very fragile and clearly loved being there unlike some of the other celebs.

Judging from Nicole’s stories Nikita probably hasn’t even split up with her - him and Molly weren’t exactly all over each other in the Daily Mail pictures 🤣

He’s just Joe Bloke, isn’t he? Doesn’t know anything about this dancing malarkey, didn’t even dance at his own wedding, etc, etc. So very refreshing, it’s literally not been done to death on the show over the years.

I bet he’s gutted that James got in there first with ‘The quickstep is quick and has a lot of steps ha ha ha!”

I think Amy's choreography must have been the most boring quickstep I've ever seen? Why were they rooted to one spot for half the dance, and when they moved, why was it so slow?. And how did it get 8s???

I mean, Tyler's dance wasn't even worth 9s let alone 10s. And Shirley's attempt at humour was more cringe than her perving

It's not like we had a whole segment on the show two weeks ago about Kym getting nauseous from VW spins! Keep up Will: either your family adores Strictly and you've let them down, or you've never heard of dancing..

Not even being in a possible throuple with Nikita and his gf can dislodge Molly from being bland and peppy for me.
