he probably got a bit annoyed with others being all "I'm unwell/didn't get much rehearsal time" and others throwing things up from their past!

I know Helen isn't everyone's cup of tea...but her ex seems like a right bastard, and I daresay she's been a bit upset this week with him hitting the news...I'd probably be annoyed with people bringing up (in comparison some fairly frivolous things for "sympathy"...by that I mean Wills cold, not Jaydes sister)
So it maybe wasn't approached in the best way, but I do think he's just being supportive and caring!

I have to say Motivational Gorka did things that couple of withered ovaries haven’t twanged for in many a long time. 😊

CC's can go over like marmite; Karim's in week 10 landed him in the B2 so did John's last year in the semi final. It can be sometimes best to get it out of the way and done with.

Possibly an unpopular opinion and I know he’s been ill but Will needs to sort is attitude out. The rumba is so hard for the male contestants and he’s spoken a lot about being ill so why not take a bye week? His reaction to criticism was bad and it could cost him votes. God knows where he went after his dance but he didn’t seem around to hear for the first time Hamza had been sick too.

Did anyone else think Gorka was going to drop a bombshell?! I had no idea what he was about to say, he looked pissed off

That's kind of what I've been saying. Next week he should have ballroom given that he's had 2 latins and couples choice, he's only done one ballroom and that was American Smooth. He's going to need the rehearsal for ballroom and he just won't have the time. He's the type of celeb that one bad week and he could be gone.

I also think Shirley's favouritism towards him could turn people against him.
 
Maybe the whole Helen’s ex thing was like the elephant in the room. It’s been all over the papers this week and maybe it has hit her hard and she’s been with Gorka all week so he wanted to do something to try to build her up again. Honestly I don’t know how I’d drag myself out of bed if what she’s going through happened to me. If Gorka was to publicly call me beautiful and tell me he was proud of me I’d bounce right out all the same!!!

Will's mardy attitude is terrible. Rolling his eyes and looking daggers when he gets harsh, yet constructive, feedback.
Compare and contrast with Tony and Matt who are not such good dancers as him at all, yet have grace, enthusiasm and good humour. The true spirit of Strictly.
 
Helen Skelton is a tough Cumbrian woman who is currently holding it together by being practical, a mum and not really thinking about herself so she doesn’t fall apart on television because above all she won’t give her ex the satisfaction. It’s holding her back from really getting into the dancing. I think it was lovely of Gorka to try and give her confidence a boost so publicly, and call him out, she just didn’t want to cry and didn’t know how to deal except brush it off. Really hope after that she got a wine and a group hug off camera.

To be fair to Will he was probably given Lemsip, wrapped up and shuffled out of range of everyone else. I can’t image they would want him snotting and coughing for the best part of 2 hours.

TBH I think the same can be said for all; I don't think anyone is out and out safe yet. I think anyone could be in the bottom 2 any week; I think when we get past blackpool things will be come more clear.

i feel like he could! he’s the one who people seem to universally love and he seems such a nice gentle man.

i truly didn’t know who he was before the show but parents of young children in work absolutely love him so he seems to have dedicated fanbase too.

True, but there are definitely some who are safer than others because of their fanbase, its part of the reason Tony hasn't been in the bottom two yet. Someone like Tyler or Fleur who wouldn't have as big a fanbase being radio DJ's are more likely to fall into the bottom two easier.

I hope after Fleur's dance tonight people will vote for her tho - her and Vito seem to be the only couple that can bring the smoking hot chemistry and that will help them out with many a dance!

ETA - I forgot Will, but after his petulant act this week and flaccid rumba I think... meh
