That as well :cool:
it was always said that for the faster Latin dances it was better to be smaller and compact for the sharper movements … longer limbs mean mean you look flailey … but they work better for the ballroom dances.
 
Can I just say that I am very disappointed Kai and Nadiya have either bought or been gifted a designer bulldog puppy from one of those. Instagram puppy farm type places that give dogs to the likes of Katie Price etc? Aside from the fact they are a new couple who might not even last and also spend a lot of time touring so won’t be around to care for it. Thoss breeds have the most appalling health issues and are bred purely for aesthetic reasons and the people who breed them are unethical and down right cruel. I judge people who get dogs from those kind of places very harshly indeed. But never let that get in the way of a photo op hey?

Yeah, I thought that too. Rescue pets and invest in their care all the way.

My friend has a French bulldog … she really researched, went to an ethical breeder she was recommended to by the Kennel Club … and has still spent a lot of money on specialist surgery for his breathing

My neighbours rescue French bulldog fell off the sofa, broke its back and died. They are prone to spinal problems as well and so what was a minor incident turned into a tragedy. They are not very robust dogs to put it bluntly.

He’s about 6 now but as a puppy he just used to keel over like a Victorian lady if he got out of breath. The first few times were terrifying. That’s when he had to go away to a specialist vet for his nose job. He’ll never do a 100 meter sprint, but at least he can manage a slight trot without collapsing. He is a lovely tempered thing though, and he just loves having his facial folds cleaned.

It’s quite an ugly look dog as well, sucks that people purposely breed them to look a certain way, and influencers buying them doesn’t help because everyone wants to be like them.
On another note, just watched ITT and was thinking that graziano’s hair always looks wet. I think someone needs to show him the curly girl method so he doesn’t have to cover it in serum or whatever to take the frizz. I also have curly hair and am happy to give a lesson if he needs!

When I first met my husband he used wet look gel (soon sorted that) and Grazianos hair reminds me that and makes me cringe- looks wet but feels crunchy 🤢
 
Oh god, poor Matt Goss' treacle-slow movements during the training footage 😓. At least he and Nadiya seemed to be happy dancing in the clip!

Tony continues to charm on the sofa with Rylan and Katya - and whoever is styling him needs a raise, that brown velvet suit and tortoiseshell specs with the pink socks were all kinds of fabulous. (Conversely, I'm not sure what Rylan was wearing, his trousers were most peculiar)

Grazianos' sweetly baffled face when Kim and Rylan were doing their Cilla Black impersonations was hilarious. One wonders just how weird the foreign pros must find some of the more specifically British theming and comedy choices on both the main show and ITT.

Friday panel: interesting to see the doctor immediately picked up on Matt Goss' poor posture due to his muscle problems. And Richard Madeley was quite amusing, just bluntly saying "James is shite".
 
I also hate dogs having instagram accounts!

Katya still sounding croaky.. Will seems to be ok as he is dancing in the studio.. Kym seems ok too, but it annoys me when they bang on about how busy they are with their soap (Katie McGlynn klaxon!)

The panel was a bit underwhelming, I thought: all 3 voted for Matt and Nadiya to go (but I don't think they will..)
