I didn't recognise the name but knew who Nina Wadia was when I saw the picture. I like her from things I've seen her in before so hopeful she'll be quite fun....less lovey than Caroline Quentin I'd wager!
She looked totally miserable but I don't think she's a particularly "fun" person from what I've seen. She was interviewed on the programme they did about the Olympics and she was pretty dour and sullen on that too.

Nina will hopefully be great fun. She seems willing to throw herself into roles and such, so hopefully Strictly will be the same.

I thought she came across as an entitled, spoiled luvvy who wasn't happy when they weren't fawning over her? Didn't mind her before strictly.

I'd like to see wee Martin Compston doing it. I don't think he would though as he seems quite private.
I think Greg Wise is a good signing. He did a small bit of dancing in Sense and Sensibility of the gavotte type, so possibly not very useful here
but shows he can take instruction. I actually hope he might be pompous as that can be hilarious.
Still gutted no Richard Madeley yet

Katie McGlynn has been trying to get noticed for years, judging by the sidebar of shame pap pics. She reminds me of the woman who played Eva (can’t remember her name) another one always in the daily Mail pap pics a few years ago. Desperate.

I have high hopes for a Nina and Gorka pairing. I think they'd be a lot of fun together
