That combined with everything on Instagram (friends commenting that they'll next see him on TV) hints that he is involved in some capacity. Nikita was a pro on Let's Dance in Germany last year. He's currently on holiday and isn't in the UK but there is a possibility that he is in as a pro as well since he's been followed by the producer, possibly the next AJ looks wise?

AJ lookalike is exactly what I thought too! They probably want a really young pro like him to join. I was think surely they couldn’t add Jowita without Michael so it’s strange how he didn’t follow him. Saying that, if right with Kai aswell that would be 4 new male pros. Surely that’s a lot that would be benched.
With Nikita/Cameron/Kai/Jowita, it would be back to 18 so likely 3 pros benched like in 2019.
I've noticed that they don't seem to hire couples these days like they did before (e.g. James/Ola). Neither Oti or Amy's husbands/fiancés are involved, same with Graziano and his fiancée. Not sure why. Shame for Michael if he has missed out though.
I hope that the newbies and Nancy all get celebs so we can see fresh blood. A few others who I'd say should go on the bench instead.

Me and mum went to see a lot of shows - before the pandemic!!! And I'm from Glasgow.
We always go to see Anton and Erin. The shows are exactly what you think - beautiful ballroom dancing, fabulous singers and gorgeous dresses.
Erin wears the most beautiful dresses - the kind that gets people going Ooohhh when she comes out.
We went to see a dancing show a whole back with Robin Windsor and Kristina Rihanoff. It was God awful!!! Robin kept doing that side by side thing he does and Kristina was wearing her bra and knickers joined together with a strip of material!!!
We had tickets for Giovanni last year but it got cancelled. We should be going to see Ian and Vincent in October but is been changed 4 times!!!
I just really hope we can get back to the theatre soon. A theatre in Edinburgh opened this week, but I don't want to get my hopes up

I know what you mean but I’m keeping my fingers crossed that we get back soon. Our nearest booking is in December but that’s Andy and Jamie Murray - I’m like you, not getting my hopes up.
What do you think about Anton and Giovanni doing a tour? My first thought is they’re so different but maybe that’s what makes it work! Both characters too

Judy made an appearance on one of Anton and Erin's show. She was gorgeous but not very good But she's obviously as fan cos I've also seen in her the audience for A&E.I would love to Anton and Giovanni but the Scottish dates were all cancelled!!! I would defo have went. I think it's very clever marketing - targeting 2 audiences.
Me and my mum saw the Here Come the Boys Tour with Giovanni, Aljaz and Gorka. I said it was the nearest I've ever been to male stripper show
Loads of screaming every time one of them appeared with no shirt on

He has appeared a few times in the background before when dancers are added in the likes of the Blackpool routines. I’m not sure if he will become a permanent pro but you never know.
He's not one of the ones who have been rumoured in the recent producer follows. I think he'd have more chance if either Gio or Graziano were out, I just think 3 Italian men may be a bit much and they want something a bit different (the rumoured newbies are Polish, Ukrainian & South African).

I never usually comment on here but I am wondering will we ever see Nancy getting a partner? she does well in the group routines and it would be interesting to see how she would do with a celeb.
I thought that too. Clearly I’m not as knowledgable with strictly as you all- how do they decide who is on the bench each year?

I'd imagine they work out the pairings based on heights and they have previously had all the celebs and pros dancing with each other whilst others walk around deciding what works best but i couldn't say for sure.

Probably all depends on heights and ratio of male/female contestants and the chemistry circle. She also of course might not want a partner. It also took a long time for Neil to get a partner. But this is only her second full season (not counting last year’s short one). I can see her getting a celeb next year after Oti (and perhaps more girls yet to decide) leave.
I'd give all 5 newbies (including Nancy) a partner, I just don't think there's any point benching someone permanently without one chance with a celeb and as I've said multiple times, it's gotten stale seeing the same old routines from the regulars.
