Really lost my last ounces of respect for Motsi and Shirley after they were seen to be giving each other 'the eye' while Anton was praising Sara during the choreo section of the results show. I really hope Sara is nonethewiser because I imagine she's dreamt about being on the show for years and to have it ruined by nasty women would be awful. Lets hope they don't suddenly start undermarking her. Of course they could've been looking at each other for totally innocent reaons but it didn't look good. I can see why Brendan Cole was so defensive with Shirley during his last year as I think I can remember she couldn't even get his partner's name right most weeks. Its a shame because she is so qualified but so inconsistent - nitpicky with the women but young men can breathe and its an 8 for being so fit.

I imagine Shirl was intimidated by her. I think she said that she felt fat beside her and dieted to try and look as willowy. Darcy was an alpha female so she won’t have tried to act uppity around her.

Some people on Digital Spy discussing who will host when Tess and/or Claudia will move on (likely that they leave at the same time). Doesn't seem likely for the near future but I did say that about Tom at DWTS and even he left. Regardless, I do reckon the show will last longer than they will as it's presenters so I'd be interested to see who they'd get.

Darcey was also a class above all the other judges in her dance ability. She wasn’t just a world champion and teacher like Shirley, who was a fabulous dancer, Darcey was the youngest Royal Ballet prima ballerina and was at that standard for decades. She’s actually legendary.
They smoothed out Shirley’s face but the arms and décolleté give it away. She liked to tan, and not the fake kind.

It was probs Anton they were mocking - he’s showing them up with his fair and helpful critique. They’ve just made themselves look like a pair of birches

I think you learn stuff from him without being patronised a la Shirley.
 
Anton will be my favourite judge if he keeps up what he's doing. Kind, constuctive, and knows what he's talking about so it doesn't feel like they've dragged any old celeb off the street to give their two pence like on Dancing On Ice. He really knows how to advise for the next week without stripping the contestants of their confidence like Craig and Shirley often do. Now get Karen Hardy on that panel too and I'll be delighted.
