Oh AJ 😢 I really feel for her. I do hope she can manage to get on the floor on Saturday and do something as long as it's safe, of course. If not, she's had a fantastic run and should be so proud of herself.

I'm... kind of getting why people fancy Kai today. He's got that Edwardian gamekeeper bit o'rough thing going on in the tweed. He's no Sean Bean in Lady Chatterley, but then who is?
 
I have damaged ligaments multiple times inmmay ankle playing football. Maybe AJ’s injury is less severe (doesn’t sound like it’s torn) but each time it was at least 4 weeks before I could run again.
she’s super fit so that will help, but if the ligament is damaged then exercise is the worst possible thing she can do:(

I wonder if she just isn't ready to face the reality of the situation yet?

I was really hoping it was all tabloid hype but it's clear she has been badly injured and no one really knows what to do next about it.
 
It's the crutches that are concerning me... If she can't weight bear on Wednesday, I really doubt she'll be able to do three fast/high impact dances by Saturday 😕😟 absolutely gutted for them!
It was also a super awkward interview with Janette prattling through her pre scripted questions 🙈 she could've handled it better...
