Not a fan of rose, complete sympathy vote the whole way through and gio is a bit sleazy. Also Aj & Kai are 100% shagging but I’m so here for it

I’m sure too, despite all the mixed messages. Look at the post interview after the couples choice, they’ve defo snogged before going in that room ( lips very pink!), I think that they are desperately trying to keep things professional though, to get the work done for the final. Perhaps afterwards they can work out if it’s something to properly pursue.

Yeah, he’s making hay while the sun shines! Why wouldn’t he? He’s single, attractive and if you get into a relationship with him you’d be aware he’s a playa. I expect he’ll settle down when he’s stopped dancing, but at the moment he’s living his best life. Rose is just a good pal.

I don't think Rose has the sympathy vote. I've never seen Rose play for sympathy when the others definitely have. I don't think people are patronising Rose by voting for her - it's not she's completely rubbish, is it? Bit cynical to say people are only voting because they feel sorry for her. It is inspiring that she has learned to dance when she's not able to hear the music and needs an interpreter to sign instructions. I do agree that Gio is pretty slimy though, but that's why I like him with Rose as she is 100% unphased by his charms!

I don't see any chemistry between AJ and Kai other than in their dancing, personally.

On GMB it was confirmed that AJ has injured her foot and is having or has had a scan. Hopefully it won’t affect her performance on Saturday

Bless her, hope it's easily fixed and she won't push herself too hard. I wonder if they can change a dance now to avoid her putting too much pressure on it? I imagine the Charleston is not great to do on an injured foot.

I can't see her doing the Charleston now it was rather ambitious for the final with 3 dances. Feeling so gutted for her the worst possible time for an injury.

The report came out yesterday and said the scan was on monday, so hopefully ok

She’s just keeping him on track. He obviously doesn’t remember steps/instructions easily.
I loved the pure joy coming from Kai in the Quickstep! He was living his best life!

Rose’s boyfriend must have a very healthy self esteem and trust in his relationship - because those two are obviously very close, however I see it as fraternal/platonic.

There is a lot of wish fulfilment in the stans wanting Gio to stop dating instababes and stay a sweet boy like he probably is with his family and close friends and showing us on tv for the first time - spoiler alert, he probably won’t.

Rose has always struck me as someone very happy and sure of herself and definitely not daft enough to get entangled romantically with Gio

I've always thought he's someone who's a bit of a laugh with his friends, but one of those blokes who sees girlfriends as something different altogether. Like, there are women you are mates with and then there are women you date (eg instababes)

OT, but I'm watching Morning Live and Janette was chatting with Vic Reeves and she keeps saying 'Bob Moorrrtimoooorrr' in her accent and it's making me laugh a lot, sorry Janette

I really hope AJ's injury isn't bad. The story about her being on crutches isn't good. They are supposed to be on ITT tonight so hopefully there will be a positive update then..

It's the same every year all the fans start going hard at each other like it will somehow make a difference to the result.
I've seen some Rose fans go full BTS-Stan army style on SM, like when they flooded Emma Willis support picture of AJ & Kai with Rose comments bloody rude when they are friends.
By Sunday morning everyone should be back to normal. Hopefully.

Well I don’t really mind that. They are objectively the best 3 dancers and they didn’t get there because of those characteristics, so the fact that the best 3 are more diverse this year is great to see IMO
