It sounded he was less keen on contestants with stage school/trained dance histories as even if it wasn’t Latin and Ballroom, you’d have a better idea of placement etc

Most teachers will dance with both their male and female students. Female competitive pairings are very common because more girls than boys want to compete (and to be honest, sometimes it's nicer — you get to wear matching dresses, help each other with make up and quite often it can be an easier friendship than with a boy).

what is this thing a bout the Joe fans? they are weird! I went to see Waitress the musical when he was in it and the screams when he came on stage were ridiculous!
 
I suspect the behaviour and "noise" of his suspected partner when they meet up will probably do it.

I love how on strictly the show hasn't started and some of the celebs are pissing me off. Although I was completely wrong with maisie last year so could be wrong with Tom this year? I'm just worried as I love Nina, Robert, Ugo and Adam and so am already they'll turn into 2021s Caroline.

Oh my gosh last series totally put me off Caroline Quentin! She was completely different to how I'd always perceived her haha
I never want to not like a contestant but so far Tom and John are already annoying me. Hopefully they'll win me round when it actually starts though.

I know. When she was announced she was one of my favourites to win and after 3 weeks I was printing Save Johannes t-shirts
 
The only one who's annoying me at this stage is Tom, and I suspect him and Amy will bring out the worst in each other and set my teeth on edge. From the clips of Robert, I'm worried he's going to go full on 'comedy' which is going to grate, especially as I can't see Dianne doing much else with him. And I'm worried for Nina - I really like her but she's with Neil, a pro who somehow manages the feat of beinging both boring AND irritating 😩.
