The upbeat personality is fine when dancing but I have found it just doesn't work for me with ITT, it comes across as lacking depth as a personality.

When I see pictures like this I’m inclined to believe the rumours about John going ham in the gym and bulking himself up for months before he appeared on the show. Seems like he was definitely planning ahead for things like this

I quite like janette too! yeah, she's not as arch or dry as rylan, but she's doing a cracking job at selling the crap given to her by the itt writers

He was on DWTS for a few series before Strictly, even partnered Pamela Anderson. I totally forgot he also partnered Mrs Brown's Mrs who plays her daughter. Just read that he's had 2 heart attacks, one while he was in America. Has 3 kids now too.

I'm not sure he's manufacturing it but I don't think it's reciprocated! I think it could go either way re the glitterball. If they are married or in a ltr it may lose them the glitterball if they are a thing.
I found her too OTT on the dancing too. But now they've replaced her with the equally OTT Nancy!
