Like I say, I don’t know when the hand holding thing was filmed but if it was after the almost kiss, it’s pretty poor given we all saw his girlfriend’s reaction. Plus she’s young and at home with a baby so I think he could’ve been a bit more respectful. I can only imagine the reaction here if it was Dan and Nadiya holding hands while talking about what they had for lunch…

I think the hand-holding thing was probably filmed early on, and was prob innocent (as someone said, maybe about to start the dance). Just thought it was odd that the producers would include it given the fuss.
Re: Rose/Gio: I don't think there is anything going on really between them, but as Sophie EB said, partners can suddenly feel insecure during SCD due to the intense closeness their other half develops with a hot dancer.. I'm sure Rose has her head screwed on and is laughing about it..

🤣 Looking at Dan and Nadiya in that video they do seem very close (*puts on Judi James body language expert hat*)
 
Thought I was watching the one show then swear Janette looks so much like Alex Jones tonight

loved the chains comment lol the producers will be kicking themselves

I think the celebrities get to keep some, I have a vague recollection of someone saying they can buy their favourite costumes and the rest probably get reused. There might have been some charity auctions where some costumes were sold but I’m pretty sure they just recycle most of them.

Some of them get adapted and reused on the show, other ones are sold. I’ll see if I can find the link (it’s interesting because you get to neb at the dress sizes of former contestants 😆)

It seems I’m roughly the same size as Michelle Visage. And about five times the size of any of the female pros 😎

Some go into the strictly wardrobe and come out again for anther series (hrvy wore suits that Joe Sugg wore)

Some go on to be used on other countries version of strictly

Some go back to DSI and are for sale (and possibly rental if there is such as service)

Some go into the elstree charity sale. Stuff that can’t be reused such as themed costumes.

Other stuff might “mysteriously disappear” into contestants homes 😂
