I used to think it was totally one-sided on Tom's part but Amy is so giggly with him, and she used to be a McFly fan... I don't think anything will come of it but there's definitely chemistry! Think it probably happens a lot in Strictly where people in long-term relationships that might be a bit stale suddenly start spending time with someone new that they have great chemistry with, they're having all these adrenaline-fuelled experiences in such a short time... it might not be enough for a Strictly affair but could cause some real issues!

There were a lot of rumours about her and JJ last year, and the picture of them having a meal in his hotel (possibly after he was eliminated?) that seems to have disappeared…she was with her fiancé at the time and I assume she still is so I hope she’s not taking the the competitiveness too far and thinks we’ll all vote for a partnership that might make a good couple if they were single!

Out of all the pros I think she’s changed the most and would be the first one to throw someone under the bus to get her hands on the glitterball. And Tom and Giovanna are 100% up for world domination so maybe they’re all singing from the same hymn sheet

Maybe they are fine, but it could also be them trying to control the narrative. If I was a young mum who had a young baby with a man who had been away at training a lot, away to the Olympics on the other side of the world and then he’s home for about a fortnight before committing himself to something that may last a few weeks or may last until Christmas, I wouldn’t be happy. I might tell myself (and other people) I wanted him to do it but I probably wouldn’t mean it.

Unless of course this is a pre-arranged PR stunt to catapult her to fame alongside him and if that is the case, I’m not sure they let Katya in on it. And that would be pretty crappy imo.

If it’s a recent photo and he’s been eliminated or gone home for the weekend then the people at Strictly have probably advised him to get some ‘happy family’ shots out there to put all the other stuff to bed once and for all. Or maybe Katya asked him to do it so she doesn’t get anymore hassle!

But there is a young baby involved and if they want to make a go of it then hopefully this is just a bump in the road and they’ll see out Strictly and spend some quality time together

They're not completely away for Strictly though, are they? I thought the point of the fake results show was so they could have Sundays off, and most of the others have full time jobs to do. The pros normally come to them. Being at home with a little baby at 23 cant be that fun while your partner is off learning to dance in his spare time though.

Tess does my head in. The comment to Craig about Ugo being a rugby player, never danced before etc. was so embarrassing! Did she actually think she was making an insightful contribution? She always seems to feel the need to comment on what the judges have said now, way more than she ever did before. Craig's response was brilliant

Tess is the last person they should rely on if they need to pad things out! Obvs they had time to kill with Judi not dancing but they shouldn’t look to her to any more than the bear minimum

They must’ve still had time to kill at the end because it felt like Rhys and Nancy were in the Clauditorium for days, they just kept talking!

I’ll probably have to eat my words but I don’t think AJ & Kai are dating. They definitely have chemistry but I think it’s limited to the dance floor. He’s very professional & takes his first season very seriously. Just my opinion though.

Tbf the source for this is pretty much ‘strictly insiders’ which could also just mean ‘we made this up/repeated gossip with no factual basis’

Agree with everyone else about Rhys and Nancy. I think it’s really good that she can match his energy, but he may run into difficulty further down the line if they aren’t able to vary the time of their dances.

I remember thinking Kevin was very fond of Stacey the way he spoke about her on the dancefloor just after they won. Kai is gushing a little bit about AJ in his insta captions, the lucky woman!

I just thought he'd do the 'nothing to see here! look how secure we are!' pic last weekend when there was loads of attention but he didn't mention or post her at all then. Maybe she's promised never to TikTok again, and they've made up. I guess I should retire as a social media analyst/body language analysist (skills I've honed during SCD)

I think the whole “you lot talking about something that didn’t happen is ruining our lives” approach was a bad move but hopefully she will knock the Tik Toks on the head as then it does look like her/they are stoking the fire imo

Maybe they don't have the funding to get everyone in to do the hair and makeup and production for a second day. Should just be on a Saturday night tbh. Not like its a school night and the kids can't stay up a bit later (or just be told in the morning). Can't think of anything I want to do less than watch a stupidly dragged out results show after that shitshow of a United match
