I don't think her benefits would be affected would they, I'm sure if it's dla or pip etc and maintenance it doesn't matter about earnings but tbh I'm no expert we don't get any help except the family allowance whatever that's called now but do know girl in work gets an absolute fortune in benefits and she earns decent money and her ex is bleeping minted so probably pays her a fair penny in maintenance, her girl is asd too but older (no idea if that makes a difference)
