Not loving the scaremongering but she has made me more conscious of reading labels before i buy. Undecided if i like her or not

As a scientist and someone who has studied food science, I find it so annoying to hear her point at anything that had a more " chemical" name and say oh well don't buy that! No explanation, no nuance, and all the eejits blindly following her instructions! All for reading ingredients but if you're getting views by looking at ingredients and are simply afraid of anything you can't pronounce then you are a big scammer imo

Orla Walsh is absolutely raging with her. I think she’s just jealous she had about five times the followers Orla does.
Lots of dietitians coming for her

The running around the supermarket is annoying. She is just talking about Ingredients in a vacuum, little context.. I imagine there will be a book or something similar soon from her

She comes across really stressed out about the food labels one video she seemed really annoyed. She was speaking about how people claim food labels are easy to read and she showed Activia being full of sugar so not true it's good for your gut. She's very black and white and that is not what nutrition is it's based on an individual. For example someone may need to lower salt content in food but may choose a food she says is "better" for you when it's still full of salt. The stress of reading labels like that and checking foods constantly will not be good for anyone's health. She must constantly be checking things it would be a hard way to live food is food
