Joining the show back in 2017, Sophie dated Alex Mytton and Sam Thompson for a time before falling for fiancee Jamie Laing and was, naturally, involved in a fair bit of chaos but we guess when her and Jamie settled down the drama was no more.

Sophie went on to talk about the way it can have an impact on your mental health; constantly feeling the need to cause a scene, "And to be in that space where you are constantly, like, God, I just have to be having some form of drama in your life is quite negative. It's quite like soul destroying, in a way."

I wonder what the percentage is of those who've been on 'Reality tv' remain in a great head space, content and happy with their life? It seems so 'Soul Destroying' why would anyone want that for their life?

Fame is a farce, it takes away your privacy and protection.
 
I’m sure she just wants her sister to be well again but there must be a small part of Georgia that wishes she could have waited until after the wedding..
I was listening to the last newlyweds that her and Jamie had hosted together and she does seem all over the place but they’re laughing along which makes me think they weren’t concerned about her then. It sounded like her and Jamie had just got back off holiday together so perhaps that was a last break before she went in to the facility or to try and get her clean without intervention

I’ve heard it said a lot that when places like the Daily Mail know something but can’t say it, they’ll heavily hint it. So look out for a random article about them, placed next to another article that references rehab 🤣🤣

Such a DM move. Hilariously reminds me of a recent article on Sienna Miller, where they literally printed about 50 photos of her on the beach in a bikini looking heavily pregnant, but said nothing about pregnancy speculation as she hadn't announced it yet😅

I don't think so, generally speaking. Some podcasters take a summer and Xmas break, admittedly. But it's just all a bit odd Jamie saying not so long ago that she'd be back on the podcast by mid-September, but now he's saying "BRB, we're taking a break", meaning they're now both not doing the podcast for an indefinite period.

There is definitely something weird going on. 🥴 Surely if she were away filming for a show they could quite easily say “Sophie’s away on business” but they clearly can’t because they know no such show exists.

The longer this goes on, and the strange way everyone around her seems to be acting, the more I believe the rehab theories.
 
I just find people on tattle to be so switched on and usually right when it comes to speculation as well. They’ll never miss a trick and always clock things before they’re announced. Someone has come in with a “rumour” which I believed to begin with but everyone’s speculation on top is very convincing to me

Exactly - thank you! It's all so shady and has descended into a bit of a shitshow now with Jamie posting that embarrassing video. Even if they said she's looking after a poorly family member, that would take the heat off her and shush people up.

I don't know why people are so incredulous about the coke/rehab theory. It's entirely believable.

Snap! Mind blown! Could she be in a facility for mental health or an eating disorder etc and people are exaggerating the truth by making it more juicy by saying she’s on the gear? It’s better gossip right! I don’t doubt for one second she’s dabbled and maybe I just didn’t expect her specifically to have a drug problem but I reckon there is truth in the rumour but just feel like it’s been twisted somewhere along the line!

Either way, gearhead or not

Yeah tattle rarely gets it wrong. I think it’s most likely rehab related absence. She doesn’t look very healthy in her sister’s wedding photos
