Rumours from people who move in the same circles more than anything but also the fact she’s said she went to South Africa for help with her anxiety which is just unrealistic. She was in a rehab facility.

For someone who claims they had a crippling episode of anxiety a mere few months ago, it's interesting that she mocks her own husband for recently getting trauma therapy. I don't know about you, but having severe anxiety (which I've personally experienced) only heightens my empathy and support for others going through MH difficulties. The arrogance and ignorance of this woman is astounding.

He was only friends with her because he fancied her, if she hadn't been of interest to him then there is almost no chance he would have bothered to be her friend. So no podcast, no lucrative spons, collabs or tv appearances for Sophie. He is her meal ticket. 100%.

This is basically what their relationship boils down to. Their podcast dynamic is cringey and uninspired af.
