Yeah and I think a general acceptance of how ‘normal’ it is in society always overlooks the damage it does more wildly. Coke literally fuels gangs, prostitution, human trafficking and loads more grim tit. I can sort of overlook ignorance when people are really young and a bit clueless but if you’re an adult buying coke you are most certainly contributing to the above societal problems and you need to have a serious word with yourself

i look back & honestly wonder how I did it to myself weekly..

How does she deal with the blocked nose consistently. It gets to a point your nose is SO blocked you cannot physically sniff anything it all falls out.

im guessing the reason she doesn’t really get a “comedown” (going off social media presence) is because she is on it every single day

Same here… I feel so innocent and pure 😂 and I don’t know anyone personally who does it either. But then again, I don’t go out clubbing and have a very sheltered life 😅. I got that all out of the way during my uni years (nights out), and went full into grandma mode after that.

that being said, I remember being at pre-drinks parties during uni where most people seemed to be doing Ketamine 😂😅 assuming because it’s cheaper 😂

If you listen to their podcast her nose is always bunged up! She has the most nasally voice. I was wondering what this could be, but now these allegations are out, it makes sense

I was massively put off by it from a young age - the joys of having a family member who works in rehab🤡
 
I saw them once in selfridges they were behind us in the queue in the food hall and my son was buying candy kittens which she pointed out to Jamie and they laughed about it. They actually seemed to genuinely get on but this was maybe a year ago. She was so tiny in very oversized clothing.

To anyone here that has an addiction of any kind, there is always help. Of course you have to want to get better. Life is so much brighter without these drugs. A lot of times people seek out drugs because of a hiccup in life, be it depression, stress, abuse, anxiety....

Hope I'm not breaking any rules here, if I am please remove my post, and apologies.

I highly encourage you to find a great Traditional Chinese Doctor or even a person well versed in Chinese herbs. You would be absolutely shocked at how quickly they can turn you around.

Also so many people have hormone imbalances which can wreak total havoc with your mental state, ie depression, along with other horrific symptoms.

Don't bring me into this. Funny and looks are 2 completely different things. Just because I said I find him funny doesn't mean I'd listen to him all the time 🙄. This is a forum where we can spout our views right? Stop attacking mine

No I don't. I mentioned it to musings30 when we were talking about Sophie going awol. Again I said I AGREED with what was being said. I can say my viewpoint. Like you do. Every single time someone says they like him or her you pipe up and are negative, it's the same thing!!

It was on her story yesterday reposting from someone else. Sophie appeared in it about 3 times running, dancing, looking happy and healthy. Again doesn't mean anything but just saw it 😊
 
She looks so unwell, painfully thin and so unbothered in this campaign… she’s terrible in front of the camera 😅

When I listen to the pod it’s only for Jamie as he makes me laugh. Her bunged up nose has always been annoying to me and the fact she can’t string a sentence together. She always sounds like she needs a drink of water too.

Sorry but I think you're seeing what you want to see so that it fits the rumour.

I can't see that she looks unwell at all and she is not "painfully" thin at all. She's slim here but nowhere near as skinny as she was at the wedding.

I just don't get it. Why would you want the entire world knowing your business, who you are, your family background, when you make a mistake it's magnified, friends and enemies alike selling you out for $$$$...

I can barely make it down to the corner market praying I don't run into a neighbour. I admit it, I'm a lunatic, I love my privacy, maybe next level crazy.

I understand the money, just not wanting everyone to know who I am.

Privacy is king, imo.

I think it's mostly fuelled by a weird craving for external validation and/or people who were instilled with far too much confidence as a kid and grew up remarkably self-assured. I think we can safely say most if not all reality stars tick at least one if not both boxes.
