I know it’s all fairly nutritious, but is this not rather a lot of food for only two meals and morning snack? All that branded stuff must cost an arm and a peg as well… Id say thats a lot but depends on the job. If its a 12.5 hour shift type job then probably need to be kept going. All looks...

If you go onto her followers, all the recent ones are bots. You can tell a bot account as they usually have little to no pictures, weird names, only following a few people etc

No way, this is my local area and I'm looking for a good SW group in this area. Heard Strood is a good group. Is this guy one to avoid? Sorry if it's too long to explain, you can direct me to a post/thread to look at.
