This. Carrie always wanted to be centre of attention. Like when she befriended the hot gay aussie in season 4 and then got annoyed because he was flirting with other gay guys at the bar. That never bothered her when she was with female friends and they were flirting. By the way she totally fancied the gay man, and I got the feeling she wanted something to happen with him....despite being with Aiden at the time. At the end of the episode she realises the gay guy really is gay, and she won't get the kind of affirmative flirting from him she wants , so she goes back to Aiden pleased that at least she can get attention from him. It was a pear shaped diamond on a gold band, so pretty and unusual! Much more exciting than the replacement one he got her imo.

Yes I loved Seasons 1 to 3. I didnt even mind the talking to camera stuff either.
