Not to try to make any logic out of these storylines, but could the reason Carrie chooses to live in her old apartment be a form of future proofing? If she’s in a rent controlled apartment which is a decent size for one person, she’s not got to worry about her retirement. And since big died, she’s gotta be responsible for herself coz he’s obviously not bringing in any more money!

I have a feeling that there will be a S3 because, despite the negative reviews of S1 and the genuine moans about the wokeness/Che I do think that it's improving. It's also a huge moneyspinner for Max (or whatever the channel changes its name to next.

Oh yes please regarding the lawsuit/divorcing the Goldenblatts etc. Spoiled Lily can complain about how she was forced to wear last season D&G and that Rock was chosen as a face of Ralph Lauren.

I’ve just caught up with this weeks episode. Thoughts- go Steve!! Was a bit disappointed that he ended up apologising and then it ended with Miranda with the upper hand shaming him after all she’s put him through. He can sleep with who he wants.

was hoping Che would die in an accident in the blizzard (jokes) but a good compromise was Miranda and and Che breaking up at last. Will be interesting to see what they do with Miranda now.

I’m not hating SJP’s scenes this series and I laughed out loud a couple of times.

The new characters- meh 😑
 
I’ve binged episodes 1-6 of season 2 this weekend. I think Lily is supposed to be a typical teenager who can’t see her own hypocrisy. Singing to her parents with attitude about her privilege and how disgusting it is but then wanting her Nobu reservation.

I think the first episode was a cringe fest. But I do think they’ve gotten better and more SATC as the series has gone on.
Miranda. I mean, what have they done to her. Hopefully now she’s been dumped she can get back to her old self.

But any teenager behaving that badly with good parents would be called put surely? Her parents pandering to her makes it seem like it's just fine.

Do we think miranda will get back with Steve or get with the teacher?
