Carrie told her not toWhy didn’t Charlotte go to Paris?
Carrie told her not toWhy didn’t Charlotte go to Paris?
Oh I thought she just told Miranda not to go. I wasn’t really paying much attention tbh, very bored as usualCarrie told her not to
I really struggled with the smoking and how many characters were doing it: Carrie, Seema, Jackie, it’s as if vaping never happened in this universe. I don’t know any one of that age who still smokes, the health concerns are too great particularly in your 50s when people around you start to have real health issues. So what are they trying to say about the characters by putting cigarettes in their hands? Nobody thinks smoking is glamorous any more, it just reeks (literally) of bad judgement, ignorance and/ or addiction, none of which are appealing character traits.Well that was shite. I didn't cry or even tear up and I'm ovulating ffs.
I know we're all loving Seema but in a sense her character is as badly drawn as Che's: why does she have to mention smoking every 5 seconds?! She has a cigarette in her hand at all times but still 50% of her dialogue also revolves around smoking , just like how Che's entire personality is her sexuality and gender identity (oh and how could I forget her ethnicity ).
Charlotte's pink dress was a travesty: unflattering in colour, fit, fabric... ghastly. I actually think it was worse than the Mr Kipling Halloween edition neon meringue situation that was wearing Carrie on the bridge.
All in all it was a shocker of a series, and none of it in the positive sense.
Yeh both of the non binary characters were atrocious, were they trying to portray non binary people as selfish and awful?I couldn’t agree more with what’s being said on here But I still can’t get over the whole Rock storyline. 90% of the whole season was Charlottes daughter doesn’t feel like she’s a girl but not a boy either; “Rock wants to be called a they”, alright fair enough; Charlotte puts so much energy into trying to be inclusive for her child to show how much she loves them by going by the pronouns they wanted in the first place and then that child has the absolute nerve to be like “I don’t want to be anything” oh I was ready to slap her through the screen. That’s not to do with identity anymore, that just shows they’re being annoying and bratty
He’s not been charged…he’s not even been arrested for anything……be interesting to see what they do with him. I’m guessing he’ll be mentioned by name but that’ll be it.In the unlikely event it turns out Noth is completely innocent or more likely no charges are brought…will Big actually start appearing in her dreams in future seasons?
Surely they won’t do this!!!!!!!Samantha will be replaced in the series moving forward.
Yes, Che and Rock did rather helpfully add grist to the mill of people (like me) who think the obsession with one’s pronouns is indeed selfish and awful.Yeh both of the non binary characters were atrocious, were they trying to portray non binary people as selfish and awful?
I'm not sure legal action is being taken. There's a thread in here for him and I'm sure I read on there that none of the women went to the Police but went straight to the press.I have no idea how it works cancelling someone, I can’t wrap my head around it so not to minimise the allegations but if Noth was found to be innocent, I wonder if they’d ever release the unedited version or revisit it somehow as it was originally intended.
I’m not sure how it would sit for him to have been re-cast. Is he too iconic that the character is ‘him’? They seem to have deleted him as completely as is possible in name as well as person.
It appears that that believe the accusations which begs the question, with all this forward thinking, why the duck didn’t they get rid of him before now?!?
Because SJP didn't want to be denied the chance for a big dramatic overacting scene, probably with excessive eyebrow up and down actionWhy didn’t Charlotte go to Paris?
I adored that outfit in the lamp shop too. She looked gorgeous. old style Carrie xxCarrie’s outfit when she went to the lamp shop to get the lamp fixed is the Carrie style I love. I did love bridge fashion and SJP played that scene immaculately.
But all in, worra load of crap. The singing was so cringe I was embarrassed by myself for watching it.
Charlotte’s Theymitzvah dress wtf?
Naughty Aidan's upset some people (good!)
And Just Like That team blasts John Corbett for lying about returning
The 60-year-old Emmy nominee falsely claimed to Page Six last April that he was 'going to do the show' and 'might be in quite a few' episodeswww.dailymail.co.uk
Hold on, so he’s not even been investigated by police??? Sorry but how can anyone know it’s true if they’ve gone straight to the press, imagine how much money they’d have got for those articlesI'm not sure legal action is being taken. There's a thread in here for him and I'm sure I read on there that none of the women went to the Police but went straight to the press.
