Carrie’s outfit when she went to the lamp shop to get the lamp fixed is the Carrie style I love. I did love bridge fashion and SJP played that scene immaculately.

But all in, worra load of crap. The singing was so cringe I was embarrassed by myself for watching it.

Yep, they didn't exactly sizzle onscreen. I blame the writers for sucking the wit out of the script. Their scenes together were too sentimental, longing for their recently deceased loves ones.

the end did give me a bit of hope, Carrie reuniting with Samantha and her podcast called ‘sex and the city’ did give me all the feels!

its such a shame it only had that feeling of the OG series SOOO close to the end!

If they do a second season I pray they really listen to the feedback and what the fans want! We need more of Carrie and her podcast (with this as a perfect excuse for her to voiceover the season!!) we need more light and fantasy like the friendships and drinking cocktails, the crazy fashion and just a bit more sparkle!! We need more Anthony and his hot bread delivery guys and I’ll even take more seema to bring some of the sex, pleeeasee HBO bring us some sex and the city sparkle!!

I’m just watching the recap on the YouTube channel real housewives recaps. She makes a good point, why is Samantha who clearly won’t come back ever still texting while Stanford isn’t (obviously he is not com8ng back either… but it really makes no sense
