I've started it, I'm at the bit where they've got to the Middle East. God SJP/Carrie is insufferable, her performance is so OTT and horribly affected. She's a miserable witch to Big too.

Carries shoes and outfits! 😍😍😍, Samantha donning that wig and finding Richard cheating on her 'now Your hearts broken too' 😔😔 and of course her classic line when miranda gives birth 'just what the world needs....another boy!' 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 an absolute classic episode! And of course the dedication at the end......None of the AJLT even comes close to a minute of this episode! Im just going to erase AJLT from memory, it's done an injustice to SATC.

It's shitshow eve!

Tomorrow we will be free of AJLT.

I feel really disappointed. And I got to thinking: I'm mostly disappointed in myself that I bought a Now TV subscription to watch this utter, utter bollocks. The writers and actors should be embarrassed, just like I feel a creeping sensation of shame when I tune in every week. And I couldn't help but wonder, if this is somehow renewed for Season 2, will I be enough of a mug to watch it just to see how much worse it can get?

You know, I actually enjoyed Carrie’s part in the first episode - if it weren’t for the constant age comments and woke moments overall there was potential for it to come out ok. I can only assume that with the Chris Noth allegations & Willie Garson’s sad passing it was a hash together of what was left. Cynthia Nixon producer got her grubby hands on it too and that was that.
Sadly, repeating myself, I can’t see Miranda coming out of this looking a fool, or having made a big mistake because I can’t see C.N having that given how closely it’s following her own life. So this is it now. Miranda is a blithering idiot who would be embarrassed of her own self 10 years ago. Charlotte is a parody of her pervious self and Carrie, they couldn’t be bothered to write a new personality for so killed off Big and will have her being Carrie again just richer. Probably a few story lines about vaginal dryness and prostates to come. But will I still watch a second series? Hell yes!
