Yeah I guess it means he was written into all episodes but then they had to write him out and didn’t have time to re-write the remaining episodes. Such a shame.This interview goes some way towards explaining the discontinuity in the episodes. It’s not just that the scenes with Big have been cut, but also the Stanford ones. Apparently he was in every episode. Why cut him? (Edit: maybe he was just scripted to be in all of the scenes.)
