I feel so strange when its over. The music is all so perfect as well.

A song I sing to all my grandchildren when they are small. A happy cheerful song
but this version makes me ugly cry with sadness

Same! And yea the music is so melancholy but perfectly chosen. I cried for about an hour after the final episode, I’m not ready to do that again! Also
when Donna dies, when opie is killed, when Tig’s daughter dies, that scene with Gemma being attacked…
there’s just so many scenes that are so hard to watch!

They're my go to watches, particularly The Last Kingdom.
I haven't watched the last couple of seasons of The Walking Dead as I fell out of love with it, but prior to that used to watch it from the beginning before the start of each new season.
 
The Soprano's - just finished watching them all for about the 4th time and every Sunday without fail I always watch Only Fools and Horses (slightly different genre lol )

With you on all three! The Last Kingdom is sooo good. I stopped the rewatch process of The Walking Dead from about season 8. I loved it in the beginning but it’s really dragged on and not what it was. I am persevering though….only 4 (I think) episodes left to go. I am hanging on in the hope of seeing Rick again lol.

I finished the US office months ago again and it felt like I had lost friends it was something I looked forward to watching every night and when I finished I felt sad and lonely 😞

I just finished The last kingdom and loved it and know it will go on my comfort watch again and again list

I'm 5 episodes in with Vikings and it's not grabbing me at all. Not sure if watching it right after the last kingdom was a good idea

I paid for the last two seasons of the walking dead and never watched them as I didnt realise they were being released bit by bit.. Maybe I will re-watch from the beginning as did enjoy it up until then

I cant believe that no one has mentioned The Originals. I have watched the whole lot twice over now. In my opinion it knocks spots off The Vampire Diaries and has a more mature feel to it! Extremely good looking cast too, both men and women!

I’m with you on this! I was rewatching it ages ago, and it got taken off Netflix 😫😫 Agree about the cast too.
