Residents living in the future spot for HGTV star Tarek El Moussa's 138-unit highrise are enraged that they are being forced to move from their homes.

He is trying to evict long standing tenants in a rent controlled building (some have been in their homes for 40 YEARS), so he can develop the plot and sell the new units for eye-watering sums. Ick.

To me they seem to have chemistry, certainly more than she had with Jason! They could just be good friends and acting for publicity though, we never know what goes on behind closed doors, so it's not a hill I would die on!

I don’t know if I’d agree it’s fake, but I do wonder if it’s just something a bit different for Chrishelle, a situation she landed in and said “f*ck it, let’s see what happens”. It could also have started as something less serious and turned into more.

I've finally had chance to finish the season 🙈 and I think Chrishell is really into them but Gflip is using her for the publicity. Being late 30s and from the UK I'd never heard of them until they were on Selling Sunset
 
this is a good podcast to listen to… I don’t think it’s a PR relationship after listening to this

Yea same. I also think the age difference is kinda strange. I don’t know what to think but if she’s planning a family it may not work with Gs new found success.

I'd never heard of her before either.
Being with Chrishell and on SS has clearly been a huge help to her career.

There is actually a lot going against them as a couple - Chrishell is 42 and G-Flip is 29, so at completely different stages of life really. Also the fact that G-Flip is a touring artist and pretty much starting out her career and Chrishell is based in LA and a real estate agent on a reality show.
 
Ok I started watching season six.

Chelsea is ruining it for me. She’s desperate to be Christine as is Bre but Chelsea’s hostility to Bre is so ridiculous. She keeps trying to have controversy with her for attention and it’s pathetic.

They’re all such morons.

Nicole is obsessed with Chrishelle.
