I liked Emma and Bre this season, hated Nicole

So funny looking back at the very first episodes when they were all less plastic and had normal hair and makeup and wore normal clothes. I had to laugh at the scene in the kitchen when they were making breakfast, they were supposed to look like they just woke up 🙈

Chelsea needed to shut the f**k up - Bre’s baby Daddy had nothing to do with her.

Amanza - pointless. Does she ever do anything?

Davina - why even show her at all this season?

Mary - spineless, not cut out to be manager

Feel sorry for Heather if she’s been dropped now. She wasn’t the worst.

No mention of the Latina from last season or where she went?

G Flip - the constant yeah baby was so annoying. Didn’t show their relationship to be of much substance. The last scenes didn’t show Chrishelle in a great light, not being a team player, letting Mary and Jason down etc.

Romain - that’s the problem mixing friends and business. Had he not been Mary’s husband, I’m sure she would have been hammering him to get the job done on schedule. Wasn’t he a waiter in early seasons?
 
I liked Heather and Bre. What is the point of Amanza, shes never present, always late and not seen her sell anything!! Looks like shes had work done since last season (not that she needs it at all). Mary looked stunning but definitely more flashy than previously. A lot of Vivienne Westwood jewellery

Does anyone know if the brands sponsor/pay to be worn? Chelsea is soo tacky it hurts my eyes looking at her.
Crishelle was best dressed imo.

I liked the different locations of houses, they all look amazing but nice to see diff layouts etc. Id love to see more comparisons between the houses, e.g. what 10 million gets you in tje valley vs 10 million in the hills but I understand its not really a property show and more a drama.

Urgh, yeah you can tell Chelsea is sponsored by Diesel, that belt skirt she couldn’t even sit down in was hideous!
 
Now that I’ve binge watched all the drama here are my few cents worth:

nicole has some serious issues. I suspect she’s jealous of Chrishelle for whatever reason but she loves to cause drama, then as soon as she’s losing the argument tries to DARVO the conversation by either saying this is not the appropriate place to discuss (then don’t bring it up) or back track playing the victim.

Chelsea is a tit stirrer And I’m wondering whether she’s trying to fill Christine’s shoes with those equally ridic outfits

Mary - I suspect there is more going on then what we are seeing and I sort of feel sorry for her jumping from best friend to next best friend (she was originally close with Christine, then Chrishelle and now Nicole) and I suspect underneath it all is a massively messed up and insecure woman.

I was surprised by Bre. Firstly we’ve all thought WtF re Nick Cannon but hearing her say it’s her life and nothing to do with anyone else I see her in a new light.Yes she started off aggressive but I think she’s ok.

Davina is still insignificant.
Amanza - who knows.

Chrishelle I feel has grown within herself. She seemed quite level throughout. Who knows what the story is with GFlip who absolutely is 100% annoying on camera. Let’s hope she has more substance in real life.

I think Heather is mostly the same as she’s always been. She’s always stirred the pot whilst saying ‘I state facts’ yes you do love but sometimes just leave things unsaid.

all of the women’s boob jobs have got even bigger (Chelsea’s boobs look painful they’re so enormous) and I just hope they have shares in self tan - even during the night scenes they glowed orange
 
the latest season has more boobs than real estate. I get that they are appealing to high end clients, but the outfits for the showings are so ott.

I miss Christine, I think Mary is due a full on breakdown, Chrishell & G won’t last but I’d say she might disappear into oblivion - she is still hung up on Jason. Jason has Peter Pan syndrome. Chelsea & heather are more alike than they realise. Bre I like but she’s a fool if she believes being with someone who keeps reproducing with no stability is going to keep her happy for long. Nicole needs to just disappear. She’s awful.
Emma tries too hard with Chrishell & I’d say will be part of the break up with G.
All in all though, combined they make the brokerage look like something 5 year olds would be in charge of, heavily unprofessional, catty, drama and the rest.

Agree with all of this, I really like Amanza, I think she’s genuine and a good friend, but she seems a bit immature and unfocused with a short attention span, never see her do anything of note business wise.

I’m pretty sure he was a pastry chef but I’d question his level of training as he was only 24 and he seemed to land in LA, shack up with Mary and then start doing anything but pastry cheffing 🤷‍♀️. There are a LOT of restaurants and private dining caterers in LA, finding work as a chef shouldn’t have been that tricky but he seemed to do grunt work for the O group instead.

If they broke up on the basis that he didn’t want kids but she did, there could have easily still been a lot of love there that they haven’t come to terms with
