Yes! I remember reading a review at the time and it said of McAlmont 'it's like he opens his mouth and a cathedral drops out' ❤.
Went to see Tom at the open air theatre in Scarborough last year and he was excellent, 20 yrs

I love that you post folk music, I find there is such beautiful voices and musicality there.
I've always loved folk music, and country. As I've said before, one of the first songs I remember hearing is this:
courtesy of a tape of Irish songs my nan had, and that definitely shaped my taste in music.
