Did anyone else watch this?
I’ve seen the after affects of someone taking their own life, so this was really close to home.
So many young people are talking their own lives, and so many Men.
My brother in law died 7 years and it’s still so raw, still so many unanswered questions, and so many whys and what ifs.
Roman did so well to address it.

I watched this last night. I think Roman is fantastic and I have so, so much respect for him in being honest about his own battle and taking medication, which I feel can hold quite a stigma (I’m not open with my family about the meds I take).
It was really moving, Joe seemed like a great guy, you really don’t know what’s going on with someone

the asking if someone is ok, twice, is such a good idea and it’s something I intend to use.

It’s always the people you don’t expect, the life and souls of the group.
We are all guilty of answering with yeah I’m fine when deep down your not. So the asking twice is so good.
