Considering the amount of pregnancies she's had, I sometimes wonder if she remembers them herself. Least of all can differentiate between them.

I remember one episode when she was talking about all their births and there seemed to be confusion over where Sidney was born. Amanda said it was Reeth, then Sidney said everybody else told him it was Gunnerside. From what I could tell, the others didn't seem too sure either.

If he was the one born in an ambulance en route to the hospital that’s not too hard a mistake to make as they are very close and if he came out on that road it’s not a massive lie.
I’m in no way sticking up for her here as she is an idiot

That makes sense. Sorry, I didn't realise Gunnerside and Reeth were so close together.

I think the good majority of them were born on the side of the road too. Except for Raven, Reuben, Violet and of course Clemmie who was born at their home.
I'm surprised Amanda didn't do more to prepare for their births considering how they live so remotely and she always use to talk about how hard it is even going to the shops for food or for farming supplies.

She probably loved the drama of giving birth in an ambulance with the Paramedics telling her to push and administering oxygen. Then being blue lighted to the local hospital siren wailing lights flashing she would have loved it.

To be fair livestock auctions are renowned for all the winks and weird waves... I still go to sales and wonder how the auctioneer knows who's bidding...

I just can't see how they are going to manage to farm together... Especially if she does have someone else on the go. Hope she's not gonna play poor old Clive along.
 
I've been reading comments under a lot of different posts on Facebook for a little while and there seems to be a lot of rumours. Quite a few popular ones too.

One is saying that it's just all the kids and Clive living at Ravenseat farm now. And Amanda hasn't lived there for a good 18 months to 2 years.
(All these common knowledge amongst the "locals" apparently)

Also that she has been living alone at "The Firs" (that's their holiday let which they use to rent out). There's also a popular rumour saying she only just recently bought a house in Harrogate.

There's quite a few comments too about how Reuben has stopped talking to Amanda and hasn't talked to her for a while already.

Now, take all this with a grain of salt of course. As it's just comments and no-one knows if they are locals or not. And I'm not repeating it here for the point invading their own personal business.
But amongst the speculation for the breakup and different people defending Clive and Amanda those comments really stood out to me.

I remember when Reuben got his job as a mechanic how cringeworthy Amanda was when she gleefully told him that he could service and repair their vehicles from now in and they wouldn't have to pay. I also felt there was quite a lot of tension between Amanda and her eldest child Raven at times.

I thought there was tension in the air on one of the birthdays of the children. Think it was Violet's. Felt really sorry for her and I wondered what was up.

Could have been. I went down the rabbit hole to try and find it but can't. I notice that two of the You Tube videos from Channel 5 have gone private. I wonder why?

I remember that. It was only Clive and the kids for the whole episode except Violet's birthday at the end. When it shows Amanda at the end after Clive took her out shopping and I think to eat trifle for her birthday.

There wasn't much communication between Amanda and Clive at that bit either.

And Violets birthday celebration was in the kitchen of "The Firs" house too. Maybe that's the reason why Amanda was only shown at the point in the episode.
