Obscure TV Shows you loved as a child!

Came here to mention Ocean Girl and love that it has been mentioned already! I loved that series.

Generally, my sister and I seem to remember a handful of series that apart from us nobody watched or remembers:
The Tribe (total trash, loved it)
Rue Broca (if anyone knows where to find it in German, please let me know, I'm desperate)
Wunschpunsch (not sure if that ever aired in English, awesome intro now stuck in my head)

Ive said it before but Australia and New Zealand had the best children’s tv

So it had been bugging me for ages and I'd been trying to think about an 80s programme that had Roger Daltrey in it as a baddie and it was about kids and fashion and I absolutely loved it. I've now found out it was called How to be Cool. I forgot it had Gary Glitter in it and now it's ruined my memories. It was proper crap but I loved it 😂 tainted forever by that horrible man. Gutted.

Anyone else of a certain age remember Wizbit? I’m pretty sure it would be crap if I rewatched it now but I loved it back in the day! Lots of magic shows on when I was a kid, including Saturday night entertainment and I kinda miss that!

Also…Mr Noseybonk? I think he was a cutaway segment in a programme called Jigsaw. TV executives in the 80’s seemed to be hell bent on scaring the tit out of kids!

Mr Noseybonk was horrific. 😂

Watt on Earth
Greenclaws
The Girl from Tomorrow
Geordie Racer - we had to watch it at school
Maid Marian and her Merry Men - me and my mum sing the Pancake Day song every Pancake Day 😂
Sharky and George
Dr Zitbag's Transylvania Pet Shop
Pinky and the Brain
Knightmare
Rude Dog and the Dweebz (I might have seen and purchased a DVD of this in Tesco a couple of years ago)

There was a game show type programme where the kids did one of the games in a pool made to look like a big bowl of cereal, they had to pick out letters or something. I can't remember the name. I want to say there was a lift (as in elevator) involved somewhere but I might be wrong.

CBBC went through a phase of showing overseas shows that had been dubbed in English. I can't remember much about them apart from there was one about a child vampire. And another set in a hot country like Greece or something.

If Wishes Were Horses on Channel 4. I was OBSESSED. Fun fact, Bryony the make-up artist on This Morning was one of the kids in it.
