I didn't know that about replying to each letter that's lovely. I just thought she was really gracious about having such a short time on Ramsey St. I think for being so positive about it all it's nice the actress has got a second chance. They are trying to build her character up again I think by saying about her catchphrase "yoo-hoo". I haven't actually noticed she said that to be honest!

I am interested in how this storyline pans out....prior to it finishing there was talk of Nicolette's and Byron's dad coming in to it so will have to see if this still happens. I wish they would give us a date when it's going to return before momentum begins to decrease ..
 
Matt Wilson has moved back to Melbourne, I wonder if he's going back to the show? I wonder if they're trying to show all the years up to 2022 on freevee and then we'll get a date. I agree, we do need a date.
 
I was about to say the same thing. I really liked Martha. But have never warmed to Elly. When she was first cast I thought oh she should be good, but the character is not good.

I only saw them in the final episodes because of the gap in my Neighbours yrs which I am not bothering filling...I maybe should but would rather start from where we were.. I have to say though I didn't warm to them as a couple..

Chloe was a great character, very much loved on the show. Elly was a horrible character that wasn't well liked, I don't know why they put them together. They had a few fans for some reason, but Chloe had better partners on the show.
I don't think you need to watch the back episodes as it seems to be starting from new and we'll have a lot of new characters.

Yes that's what I figure. I will never quite fill in all the gabs in Toadie, Paul's, Susan's and Karl's histories but know enough to get by..😊
 
Wikipedia! 😄 I’ve been watching the back episodes then spent ages on it trying to tie things together. I’ve always watched neighbours and even I’ve watched old episodes and can’t remember some of the stories plus some of it is rather tenuous. They changed the ages of Andrew robinsons, Ben Kirk and Harlow’s dad getting together with Denise van outen is a bit of a stretch as he would have been about 16 😂
But I love the rather dodgy storylines. Jim and Paul Robinson have populated most of erinsborough

Yes I too went on Wikipedia when I first came back to Neighbours..It just made my head spin with all the stuff the very established characters had done in 25 yrs. The stuff with Dee was it? I really didn't get...I know what you mean about the triplets I remember Gail being pregnant as it was when I watched it first time around (I am that old!)and no way could Harlow have been born of one of them!

The Dee/Fake Dee Andre storyline was crackers, but Nanny Alice/Heather is one of my favourite ever characters from that. If they show those episodes and also the Finn episode were great. Neighbours was great for the last few years.

I stopped watching in 2001. Then I watched the final episode. I’m currently watching the 2012 episodes and I’ll hopefully enjoy the relaunched Neighbours later this year.
