Lovely interview for Australian television from Natalie Imbruglia & Holly Valance. They are friends in real life and it was their idea for them to make an appearance together in the last episode even though they were in Neighbours at different times and pitched the idea to the producers

I thought their bit was really well done and a nice surprise as I don’t remember it being announced beforehand that they would make an appearance

Same here, it felt to me like she didn't really want to be there. I think Jason thinks more of the show, but it has employed half of his family 😂

Guy was fantastic and it was worth him returning.

I think Jason has been trying to return for Years just they wouldnt do it without Kylie
Guy Pearce though what a Man as wasn't just a quick couple of hours on set & i'm assuming his usual pay rate had many more zeros

I honestly think Guy and Jason weren't that bothered about the money and wanted to say goodbye to the show that made them.
Jason visited the set when Gemma first started, I remember being all excited, but he did say he wouldn't make an appearance without Kylie.

omg I did think that, she came up as recommended to me on an instagram reel, took me a while to recognise who she was!

I bet they end up putting it up online somewhere, I only watched from about 1996 then stopped in 2010 but would love to see the 80s epsiodes!

Not neighbours related, but 5 bedrooms on BBC is worth a watch, if you watch or used to watch h&a, Stephen Peacock who played Brax is in it. I also recommend frayed on sky, the actress who played the wonderful Nanny Alice/Heather is in it. I loved Heather, one of my all time favourite characters, I loved her poisoning Sonya.

Is anyone going to start watching h&a? I stopped watching it after Brax and Ricky left.

I don't know who owns classic Neighbours but it would be great if someone could do what Itv do with coronation Street and emmerdale and start airing neighbours from the beginning.

I'm sure I'll get shot down for this but I have tried to watch neighbours on and off in recent years and I do find it a struggle, I just don't find the actors/characters as good and interesting as before. I thought it really showed last night with mix of old and current.
