I thought I'd set up a thread for this programme as it deserves more attention.

I watched this at the time that it originally aired, but recently re-watched it all again on All 4.

It stars Sharon Rooney and Jodie Comer who are both having successful acting careers at the moment.

My favourite character is Kester. I just find him so lovely for some reason.

If they put this on Netflix I think it would definitely gain a cult following.

I really like going back to rewatch this every so often. Just hearing all the music in it too takes me back to being a teen again.
I did read the book too of the actual diary- that wasn't a bad read!

I've rewatched this, loved it, loved all the characters, great series, one of the best!

Did any of you watching this think Jodie Comer would go onto have the career she has? I like her but I thought Sharon Rooney would do more too

I'm not sure why but I thought the one that played Finn may have ended up playing more roles but hasn't from what I've seen.

This will sound silly but Sharon is very much a facial actor! It's what I notice most when I've seen her on MMFD and Two doors down
