It's already shaping up to be a thrilling day in mumsnet land

Kirstie Allsop has dared to let her 15 year old leave the house, even though usually mumsnetters suggest that at 16 they should be moving out and be completely financially independent. Someone's clitoris is STILL painful, and a poor DH has been taken to hospital, but not just any hospital. A DFrench hospital

Ahh - I'd happily forgotten about Biwi's Bootcamp 🙃

"I find it hard to stick to long term". I wonder why? Doesn't that suggest it's not actually very effective at all?
It’s like any VLCD. Very effective in shifting a couple of stone in a few weeks but once they add in carbs and fat and sugar, they reinflate to a size Tui all inclusive within days. That’s why it’s a recurring thread. It’s dangerous for weight to yo-yo like that, I would have thought. Biwi isn’t a qualified nutritionist is she?

It’s low carb high fat actually. But I agree with everything else you’ve said - it may work as a quick fix but ultimately really hard to maintain long term, because who wants to avoid carbs for the rest of their lives? 🥖 🍰 🤩
