For me it's the best property show on TV and great for people to binge watch who are in to that kind of thing. Unlike other property shows (Selling Sunset I am looking at you) it's main objective is to show you the houses and you learn things about the industry from watching. Yes it has some drama but the show isn't built around that. Ryan and Fredrik as originals who are still there are good men and the most recent season they finally added a woman broker for the first time who fitted in really well.

I love the earlier seasons but as time has gone on Ryan has become so irritating! Every since he did that dancing video for a listing, his focus has moved off property and into making everything into some social media rubbish! It comes over as so fake and desperate. Emilia seems like a stepford wife now as well.

Love Fredrik- but NYC went downhill when he went bicoastal. Can understand why he left.

Strangely, didn’t like Steve Gold at first but now he’s the only reason I still watch. He clearly has an interest in architecture/interior design and it’s nice to watch MDL NY where the focus is on the actual properties!

The new lady is trying too hard and seemingly only gets listings because of her husband!

Gone off Luis, especially after hearing about how he’s no longer in his daughters life.
