Wraps the scarf around the strap of the bag to make it look like the latest hermes like she's invented this. I do believe she bought the scarf and used the box to unbox the bag which looks really fake. I do think if she was buying a real Celine bag she would have went for a burgundy one following the current trend but that navy was probably all the looky looky guy had.
