Just catching up, sorry if anyone has said this already but I have a theory as to how Carolina started her business. I think she did yachting and got her bags as gifts from clients which she then started to rent out.
I like Dom, but her accent is sooooo coarse
Oh T you’re the best It was lovely thanks, besides when I had a pink margarita and thought the rim was sugar and not salt and licked it - that was not funWe missed you hope you had a lovely evening you deserved it
Steer clear of licking Rims Nosey!Oh T you’re the best It was lovely thanks, besides when I had a pink margarita and thought the rim was sugar and not salt and licked it - that was not fun
I’ve been knackered today so I am watching last nights episode now
I thought it was sugar like so many drinks have round it so had to lick some off bex’s use of my lip gloss and it was in like a cosmo shaped glass Also in brighter news, my boyfriend and I put in an application for a flat down south so keep your fingers and toes crossed we get itSteer clear of licking Rims Nosey!
Episode 20What episode are you on on E4 pace? I think I'm ahead judging by the few comments I've read. No spoilers from me don't worry
Fabulous recap nosey! I will keep for the flat xxI thought it was sugar like so many drinks have round it so had to lick some off bex’s use of my lip gloss and it was in like a cosmo shaped glass Also in brighter news, my boyfriend and I put in an application for a flat down south so keep your fingers and toes crossed we get it
I’m all caught up now, so here are my thoughts:
Kate is horrible. Matt, although a bit much, is genuinely so lovely and really trying. She is really a witch and that perfume he got her is one of my favorites and my mum’s too - it smells delicious and isn’t cheap. She’s in the car saying he’s acting like things are okay - I doubt she’s actually told him they’re not?
Al looked really adorable. Sam’s make up always looks really beautiful!!! But why doesn’t she want to dance with Al He is just really innocent and lovely and harmless. I think they’ve been matched for a reason but it’s a mismatch too. I can imagine he could be a bit much 24/7.
Hoops is miserable and actually so sensitive. Proper mardy arse. I struggle to see why they were matched together. I’m sad that Ella doesn’t see she is infact too good for him. She looked beautiful at the dinner party but I dislike her tattoos hahah.
Dion looked funky, I’m a big fan of hun. “Doing the celine dion” I feel really sad and sorry for him because he obviously wanted the experiment and the experience, I don’t think he’s gone on there for fame or anything - he doesn’t need to - he’s bleeping rich. I’m glad he got there first and spilled the beans. She’s simply not a nice person and I don’t understand why you would try to hurt someone like that she has - especially when Dion is so lovely. She is just cold and loses all credibility when she says that she likes nice skin and that Daniel has nice skin. She ain’t feisty she’s just a bleep, Dion isn’t playing the victim - he is the victim in this - and she should really go to Bondi cos it’s beautiful.
Domenica just gives me life. Jack getting her told with the cheating thing.
Monday looks juicy and I already know I’m team Domenica cos I hate Olivia.
@Shesaidwhat? loved your grandad’s comments
@Ray_of_Sunshine your Cuntalina nickname just had me in BITS
@Moongirl69 enjoy your time off work!!!
Fab recap! The you're not Beyonce comment made me howl!Hi everyone!! Sorry, I was MIA yesterday, I was at a friend's wedding out in the sunny countryside caught up now:
Dom's eye makeup always on point, teach me your ways
Hoops looks fuckin rough
Brent looks so good
Dont usually like when someone chucks their partner under the bus but Carolina deserves it
JACK AND DOM. they win the dinner party quotes today - "you're not Beyonce" "...apart from cheating on you" let me tell you, I howled
Kate is nasty, I actually felt sorry for Mr Notebook
Love Al's nail polish and I CRIED with laughter when he threw himself over the table, that has to be my moment of the series so far. I loved him saying he trades stocks and invests in real estate in his spare time. I just love Al
ETA: I am also Team Dom, Obese Olivia is Odious (lol)
I started watching halfway through when the newbies joined and got hooked. I'm on episode 24.
My thoughts on the cast so far:
Dan, Carolina and Olivia come across as very narcissistic.
As much as Jess was annoying and gave off spoilt brat vibes, I felt like in their marriage every time she tried to say something Dan took offence and started drama with her and played up to the victim status when everyone ganged up on Jess and now look - Dan's cheating and hanging about like an STI with Carolina.
Carolina treats Dion horrendously and any time anyone says anything negative to her or puts her in her place she storms off in a huff and plays the victim. When Dion went after her crying after the way she's treated him and she had a go at him saying it was his fault they all put her in her place and why didn't he back her up in there. I get Carolina isn't attracted to Dion but neither is Kate with Matt and Kate didn't cheat on Matt and wasn't quite as bad as Carolina was being to Dion. Carolina should know better as she has a son to set an example to and has been cheated on herself. Dan also has a Niece he has to set an example to. I saw how catty and nasty Carolina was with Olivia about Dom after Dom gave her what for.
Not sure if this has been covered yet so I'll just say that what Olivia did... wow, just wow. What a witch. Especially her story of ripping up the bridesmaid dress and bragging about it.
Domenica isn't a bad person I feel, she speaks her mind but doesn't always go the right way about things but she was totally right to call out Carolina for her behaviour. What I don't like about Domenica is when she puts her thoughts across she pulls faces to the other couples and makes comments under her breath which then makes her look bitchy, not honest and "telling it like it is", but at least when she's in the wrong she can genuinely apologise. Dom treats her husband really well and the surprise was adorable
Dion is such a nice guy, he isn't ugly but he's not the best looking and he did so much for Carolina to have it thrown in his face. He tried and tried when many others would have got up and left and I know he keeps bleating on about how he's doing his best and he isn't getting anything back but I guess to us we watch content in an hour, they are around each other for a whole week so he's venting his hurt and frustrations. I thought it was sweet when he wrote the letter and made her the platter with wine and flowers from their wedding.
Matt is weird and it's no wonder Kate isn't keen on him. He comes across dorky and too touchy feely and just strange. The comments he comes out with give me the ick just watching him, let alone Kate being with him for a week. I think she generally has the ick with him but is in a sticky position as she's pondering if it's because he's weird or she hasn't had a proper relationship before and she's wary to dip her feet in the water. I also saw that there's gossip going about that Matt is touchy feely with women and inappropriate and that's the vibe I get. The way Kate tried to make a go of things and he immediately as soon as she tried to open up started smacking her arse was just red flags for me.
Mitch joins a reality TV show and moans about cameras and he can't handle any criticism. Hmm. Ella is lovely and I loved the way she told the truth to the group about Domenica and had her back when she wasn't there.
Tamara seems very stuck up and looks down her nose at everyone who she doesn't feel is above her. I'm glad her husband's (forgot his name) parents put her in her place that it wasn't right the way she spoke to him. I feel for the guy.
Al is hot and adorable and reminds me of Ace Ventura with his facial expressions It makes me laugh as every time the camera pans on him he pulls a face to the situation. He's immature and can get silly but I felt bad for him when Sam saw her parents and suddenly realised that he wasn't good enough for her. He looked so hurt. He isn't a bad guy, just sailing through life carefree. I felt the guru's were a bit harsh on him and it may not necessarily be a maturity thing, some guys are always like that as their personality.
Jackson - run!
The Rock should be everyone’s inspirationOkay so I have a confession to make… I’ve gone out looking like hoops today. I have a roll neck and small hoops like him. I can confirm that he wasn’t my inspiration…the rock was
