I can’t really wrap my head around the wives that expect their husbands to sleep on the sofa from the off. Surely all that’s needed is a conversation about boundaries. Yes it’s a strange concept to sleep next to someone you just met but no more so than marrying a complete stranger and allowing cameras to follow the aftermath. If you really can’t go to sleep in a double bed next to him, you take the sofa and responsibility for the lack of progression in your relationship.

Bob is really not my cup of tea, he’s too much, but I really felt for him on that tiny sofa. It’s unfair on him, even before you find out what she’s been up to behind his back.
